- 10+2 (Intermediate/Higher Secondary) from a recognized board OR old 10+2 equivalent + first year graduation from a recognized university.
- One-year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from a recognized institution.
- Hindi typing speed of 5000 key depressions per hour on computer.
- Hindi/English shorthand speed of 5000 key depressions per hour on computer & software.
