Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: Master’s Degree in concerned/allied/relevant subject with minimum eligibility conditions as prescribed in UGC Notification 2018 (NET/SET/Ph.D. where applicable).
- Desirable: Proven research track record, publications, patents as per regulatory guidelines.

Salary/Stipend
- Temporary Assistant Professor: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (fixed consolidated).
- Temporary Teaching Assistant / Tutor: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (fixed consolidated).
- No additional allowances like PF, Gratuity, LTC, Medical benefits.
- Contract period: 11 months (or till regular appointment, whichever earlier).

Selection Process

General Information/Instructions
- Appointments are purely temporary on 11-month contract basis.
- Contract automatically terminates on completion of 11 months or joining of regular faculty.
- University reserves right to modify number of posts, specializations, or cancel recruitment.
- Canvassing in any form leads to disqualification.
- Selected candidates must sign agreement on ₹300 stamp paper.
- Performance reviewed every 6 months; poor performance leads to termination.
- Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (minimum).
