Eligibility Criteria
- Additional Chief Fire Officer: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university + Divisional Officers Course or Fire Prevention Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur OR B.E./B.Tech (Fire)/B.Tech (Fire & Safety)/B.Sc. (Fire)/B.Sc. (Fire & Safety)/B.Tech (Fire & EHS) etc. Minimum 8 years of experience in the Fire Brigade field, with at least 5 years at the Station Officer/Assistant Divisional Fire Officer level or higher. A valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license is mandatory. Basic computer knowledge and adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi are also required. Physical standards as per Appendix A.
