  • M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Nanoelectronics specialization with min. CGPA of 8
  • M.Sc in Nanotechnology/Nanoelectronics specialization with min. CGPA of 8 and GATE qualified (in EC, EE, IN, PH, MT or XE)
  Prior experience in nanomaterials synthesis and characterization, along with a good understanding of semiconductor fundamentals. Expertise in device fabrication (such as physical/electrochemical/bio sensors and photodetectors etc.) or 3D printing should be highlighted, if available.
