- Full time bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 13 years relevant post-qualification experience
- First class degree or minimum 60% marks in qualification for General/EWS candidates
- Minimum 50% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates
- Degree recognized by AICTE or from University incorporated by Act of Central/State legislature
- Age and experience reckoned as on 16-03-2026
DGM (Transport Economist) - RG/03/26

Selection Process
- Joint General Manager & DGM (RG/02/26 & RG/03/26): Document scrutiny and interview
- Manager (RG/04/26): Written test, document scrutiny, and interview
- Written Test: 125 objective type questions, 2.5 hours duration, no negative marking, minimum 50% marks for UR/EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
- Interview: Candidates called in ratio 1:6 to vacancies
- Weightage for positions with written test: Written Test 60%, Interview 40%
- Weightage for positions with interview only: Interview 100%
- Minimum qualifying marks in interview: 60% for UR/EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD)
- Selection process may be conducted from Regional Offices
- Appointment subject to medical fitness examination
